Using Galaxy Tunes
Galaxy Tunes provides music, video, creator, radio, event and related entertainment features. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with the service or other users.
Your account
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your account secure.
Creator uploads
You must have the necessary rights or permission to upload and publish music, video, artwork or other content through Galaxy Tunes.
Uploading content does not transfer ownership of your content to Galaxy Tunes. You give Galaxy Tunes the permissions reasonably necessary to store, process, display and stream content through the service.
Prohibited use
You may not use Galaxy Tunes to upload unlawful content, intentionally distribute malicious files, violate another person's rights, abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access to Galaxy Tunes systems.
Tickets and paid services
When ticketing or other paid features are enabled, additional event, refund or payment conditions may apply at the time of purchase.
Service changes
Galaxy Tunes may update, improve, replace or discontinue features as the service develops.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account using the Galaxy Tunes Account Deletion page.
