Galaxy Tunes may collect information you provide when creating or using an account, including your name, email address, profile information and other account information.
If you use creator features, Galaxy Tunes also processes media and information you upload, such as songs, videos, artwork, artist information, titles and descriptions.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate Galaxy Tunes, provide account and media features, secure the service, maintain uploads, improve performance, respond to support requests and provide features you choose to use.
Technical information
Galaxy Tunes may process normal technical information needed to operate a web and mobile service, such as device information, browser or app information, IP address, logs and service usage information.
Payments and tickets
When payment-based ticket or purchase features are enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Galaxy Tunes does not need to directly store your complete payment-card details in order for that provider to process a payment.
Storage and retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Galaxy Tunes, meet legal or security requirements and resolve account or service issues.
You may request deletion of your Galaxy Tunes account and associated personal information from the Account Deletion page.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Galaxy Tunes adds or changes features. The current version will be published on this page.
